Holiday Orders & Shipping: Orders are being processed within 24 hours if you are ordering Monday-Friday. Weekend orders will go out on Monday. Standard shipping is typically through USPS, which their website says takes 5-7 business days in the contiguous US. We are not responsible for shipping backups once it leaves our posession, but will try to help you find the best and fastest way before it leaves our store.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
If you are in Sequim, in-store pickup is an option in the shipping & delivery section at checkout.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping can be chosen on orders over $100 during checkout. You can choose it in the delivery & pickup options after entering your ship to address.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Dungeness Kids ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Dungeness Kids is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
